- Jake Spedding (Swinton Lions) - Grade B Head Contact - £125 Fine
- Jordan Case (Swinton Lions) - Grade B Head Contact - £125 Fine Jordan Gibson (Swinton Lions) - Grade E Head Contact - Refer to Tribunal
- Adam Lawton (Oldham) - Grade D Head Contact - 3 Match Penalty Notice and £40 Fine (Higher End of Sanction)
- Brogan Mellor-Churm (Featherstone Rovers) - Grade C Dangerous Contact - 1 Match Penalty Notice
- Katie Evans (Featherstone Rovers) - Grade B Head Contact - £50 Fine
